Nate Mustion was recently named the City Attorney for McCook, but before this, he faced off against Attorney Dave Domina in the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Before Nate Mustion became City Attorney, he practiced primarily family law and litigation, even making it to the Nebraska Supreme Court where he faced off against Dave Domina. In a recent article that appeared in the McCook Gazette, Mustion describes his encounter with Domina, calling it "the biggest honor of [his] career."
"I learned so much from that case and watching David Domina," said Mustion in reference to the 2014 trust case argued before Nebraska's high court. "He sent me a letter after the case telling me what a great job I did. I treasure that letter."
When Mustion faced off against Domina before the Supreme Court, he was only in his first full year out of law school. Mustion described this experience as both an honor and intimidating.
