A decision made by a Nebraska Court put another roadblock in TransCanada's path. As of the ruling, the Keystone XL pipeline has no approval to run through the state of Nebraska. Judge Stephanie Stacy delivered the decision that LB 1161, the law that allowed Governor Dave Heineman to approve the pipeline's route, was against the Nebraska Constitution and therefore void.
"They thought the governor would be a rubber stamp and he was," said Brian Jorde.
