Mike F. Evans, formerly the Head Baseball Coach for Bellevue University, filed a lawsuit in Sarpy County District Court alleging the University and its employees and agents published statements that defamed him and placed him in a false light. The damage to his reputation has caused embarrassment and ridicule within the community and around the country, costing him countless employment opportunities.
