Domina Law Group pc llo's final submissions were made to the Nebraska Supreme Court May 22 and May 26, in historic impeachment proceedings. David Domina and the Firm were engaged by the Nebraska Legislature to prosecute its ten (10) Articles of Impeachment against University of Nebraska Regent, C. David Hergert. Hergert became the second elected official in Nebraska history since 1893 to undergo trial before the entire Nebraska Supreme Court, sitting as a Court of Impeachment.
"Representing the Legislature in this historic matter is an honor," David Domina said.
The Nebraska Supreme Court's decision concerning the Articles of Impeachment will be made when the Court concludes it deliberations and issues its written decision.
