A head-on automobile collision, and admitted liability, led to trial in the District Court of Dakota County, Nebraska for the wrongful death of a 66-year-old retired woman who left behind a husband and four adult children .
The trial, conducted in Dakota County District Court, produced a verdict equal to double the primary insurance coverage in the case, and resolution of a long-standing dispute for the family.
