Domina Law Group's Experience with Food Safety - Amicus Curiae
The remarkable privilege of speaking for millions of Americans on a basic food safety issue befell Domina Law Group in Ranchers Cattlemen Action Legal Fund United Stockgrowers of America v. U.S. Dept. of Agriculture , 415 F.3d 1078 (9th Cir 2005). The case involved the safety of beef and dreaded “Mad Cow’s Disease.”
