TransCanada has been the subject of much controversy, most of that controversy centering on its Keystone Gulf Coast pipeline. Adding to the confusion, TransCanada recently changed the name of its pipeline by setting up a subsidiary which operates under a different name – Marketlink LLC. So now, it's more appropriate to refer to the Keystone XL pipeline as the Cushing Marketlink Pipeline (running from Cushing, OK to Nederland, TX).
